Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting footnotes and disclosures for SEC filings
• Prepare stock-based compensation expense and technical accounting matters
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and coordinate with auditors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in public or industry accounting
• Excellent understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules
• Ability to research and propose resolutions on complex accounting issues
• CPA License is a nice to have
