Senior SEC Reporting Consultant, CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SEC Reporting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting expertise in SEC financial reporting and technical accounting for various clients
• Lead and support projects involving complex GAAP & IFRS matters, IPO/SPAC transactions, and SEC reporting requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, reconciliations, and audit schedules for public filings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license
• Five or more years of experience in public accounting and/or industry, focusing on SEC reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
• Experience with various ERP systems and SEC reporting software
• Familiarity with technical accounting projects (ASC 480, 606, 718, 805, 815, 842)
