Senior Securities Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Securities Operations Analyst will assist the Trust Operations team in processing mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for domestic and foreign securities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness to mitigate risk and financial exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the processing of corporate actions, including elections, reconciliations, and payments, while providing support to internal client-facing teams
• Lead team training initiatives and assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or upgrades to enhance departmental efficiency
• Act as a stand-in manager during absences, ensuring the team operates at maximum potential in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• Any combination of six (6) years of securities processing experience and/or relevant college coursework
• Experience with vendor products and technology related to securities operations
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in handling mandatory and voluntary corporate action events such as tenders, mergers, and stock splits
