Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing policy and rule configurations, health checks, and solution monitoring
• Handle customer case management, including timely updates and effective escalations
• Perform application reporting tasks and ensure proactive system monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer technical application support in large scale SAAS or managed services
• 2+ years of experience with Digital Guardian solutions and policy management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
• Demonstrated fluency with Linux, OSX, and MS Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with VMware/HyperV virtualization technologies
