Senior Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Analyst - Purple Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop a sustainable purple team program, aligning red and blue team efforts
• Conduct advanced penetration tests and collaborate with defensive teams to enhance detection and incident response
• Mentor junior team members and design technical tabletop exercises simulating real-world attack scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in penetration testing (network, application, cloud)
• 1-3 years of experience defending enterprise environments (SIEM, EDR, firewall, WAF)
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat emulation
• Experience with tools like Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and modern EDR/XDR platforms
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in cybersecurity teams
