Senior Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced detection rules and alerts in Microsoft Sentinel
• Perform continuous tuning and optimization of existing alerts to enhance detection effectiveness
• Create and maintain interactive playbooks for automated incident response and security orchestration

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and KQL (Kusto Query Language)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and threat detection workflows
• Strong knowledge of Azure platform, including Azure AD/Entra ID and Azure Security Center
• 5+ years of experience in security operations or related cybersecurity roles
• Experience with scripting/automation languages such as PowerShell or Python
