Senior Security Analyst

Job Summary

Leading threat detection and incident response efforts, the full-time Senior Security Analyst will conduct investigations, improve detection capabilities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance security across the organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead investigation and response activities for security alerts, incidents, and other cybersecurity events
• Coordinate with teams to contain, remediate, and recover from security incidents
• Perform threat hunting and proactive analysis to identify emerging threats and improve detection fidelity

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology or 2+ years in incident detection and response
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience responding to security events and incidents
• Knowledge of common security attack vectors and defensive security controls
• Related certifications such as Vendor technology certifications, Blue Team, and CompTIA Security+ are a plus
