Senior Security Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time Senior Security Analyst will assess security risks, investigate incidents and claims, and provide actionable recommendations while collaborating with internal teams and clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the security posture of insureds and prospective insureds across various technologies and business environments
- Investigate incidents and cyber insurance claims to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures
- Advise customers and security leaders on prioritized improvements in architecture, cloud security, and compliance
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in security analysis, incident response, or cyber risk consulting
- Strong understanding of network threats, attack vectors, and intrusion tactics
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI frameworks and their practical applications
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network analysis, and security technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
