Senior Security and IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Security and IT Operations functions, the full-time Senior Security and IT Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, set a strategic roadmap, and oversee a team of seven, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a security roadmap, managing GRC and ProdSec programs while leading incident response efforts
• Set strategy for IT operations, overseeing endpoint management, identity and access management, and automation initiatives
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and psychological safety

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in security engineering or operations with hands-on IT operations experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven track record in executing strategy with measurable outcomes, including SOC 2 experience
• Technical proficiency in identity providers, MDM, collaboration tools, and cloud IAM
• Effective use of AI coding tools for automation and familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, bash, and Python
