Senior Security Architect

Job Summary

Designing and overseeing advanced security architectures, the full-time Senior Security Architect will work remotely to protect the organization's systems and data while collaborating with SOC analysts and engineering teams to ensure compliance with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for the organization's systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and incident responders to enhance security operations
• Ensure security designs align with NIST/FISMA standards and business compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience in designing secure system and network architectures for federal agencies
• Expertise in Zero Trust principles and NIST 800-160
• One of the following certifications: CISSP-ISSAP/ISSEP, Splunk/SIEM, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
• Experience designing enterprise security reference architectures for multiple agencies
