Senior Security Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategic governance backbone of Trase's Security and Compliance program, the full-time Senior Security Assurance Manager will implement and oversee processes, policies, and controls while managing SOC 2 and HIPAA programs and conducting risk assessments, with options for remote work in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Trase's SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, including audits and compliance frameworks
• Design and operationalize security policies and maintain the enterprise risk register through recurring assessments
• Implement continuous control monitoring and reporting to enhance proactive compliance posture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security assurance, GRC, or information security audit roles
• Hands-on experience managing SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, including working with external auditors
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53
• Proven ability to design continuous control monitoring programs and conduct risk assessments
• Experience leading customer-facing security reviews and collaborating with engineering teams
