Senior Security Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations, the full-time Senior Security Automation Engineer will design, develop, and optimize security orchestration and automation solutions, including SOAR workflows and Python-based automation, in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize security automation and orchestration workflows across enterprise security environments
- Build and maintain SOAR playbooks that support alert enrichment, incident response, and automated remediation
- Integrate SOAR platforms with various cybersecurity technologies, ensuring reliable and scalable automation workflows
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security operations
- Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms such as Splunk SOAR/Phantom or Cortex XSOAR
- Strong Python development and scripting experience
- Experience developing REST API integrations and designing security automation workflows
- Understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes
