Job Summary
To enhance enterprise cybersecurity operations, the remote Senior Security Automation Engineer will design, develop, and optimize security orchestration and automation solutions, focusing on SOAR workflows, Python-based automation, and API integrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and optimize security automation workflows across enterprise security environments
- Build and maintain SOAR playbooks for incident response and automated remediation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify automation opportunities and improve processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security operations
- Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms such as Splunk SOAR, Cortex XSOAR, or Demisto
- Strong Python development and scripting experience
- Experience developing REST API integrations with cybersecurity platforms
- Understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes
