Job Summary

A company is looking for a Snr. Security Awareness Content Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads strategic review and analysis of security awareness training content
• Develops comprehensive training plans for global markets
• Implements data-driven optimization strategies to maximize client engagement and value

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or related field/experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience advising clients on learning plans related to security awareness training
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer support
• Experience with project management software and documentation development
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) and web browsers
