Senior Security Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Consultant to provide end-to-end support across multiple product suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers, leading the integrated account team to ensure customer success
• Collaborate with the business to enhance integration efficiency and maintain high-quality service for customer engagement
• Identify service enhancements and potential issues to promote continuous improvement in customer service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
• Understanding of network technologies, web security, or media-related technologies and methodologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CySA+, GPEN, CEH, etc., are beneficial
• Proven ability to engage and build trusted relationships with customers in challenging environments
