Senior Security Content Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Content Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate detection logic, automation, and visualizations to derive security insights
• Design and implement client-facing detections, visualizations, and security posture understanding tools
• Test and tune detection logic, minimize false positives, and identify opportunities for content enhancement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2 years of relevant experience or HS degree with 4 years of experience
• Experience with Microsoft security suites like Azure Sentinel, Defender ATP, and O365 ATP
• Proficiency in Kusto Query Language, Python, PowerShell, and BASH scripting
• Knowledge of digital forensic analysis, network protocols, and intrusion analysis
• Skills in signature writing, algorithm creation, and detection engineering
