Senior Security Data Scientist

Job Summary

Applying quantitative analytics and statistical modeling to large-scale security data, the full-time Senior Security Data Scientist will work remotely to uncover patterns, build analytical pipelines in Python, and develop risk models that inform security teams on critical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analytics on large-scale security data to uncover patterns and drive risk insights
• Build analytical pipelines using Python, including statistical modeling and feature engineering
• Communicate findings through visualization and reporting for both engineering and leadership audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics
• Strong experience with quantitative analytics on large-scale security data
• Proficiency in Python including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Experience with SQL and large-data analysis on warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Familiarity with vulnerability scoring frameworks and risk modeling
