Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on delivering secure and reliable IT services, the full-time Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer will operate remotely, serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex network, cloud, and systems issues while implementing security and compliance measures for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for network, cloud, and systems issues, ensuring technical quality and client trust
• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with compliance frameworks and support vulnerability remediation activities
• Deliver client projects including migrations, security enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades while maintaining documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or MSP/MSSP environments
• Proven experience supporting security-conscious or regulated clients
• Expertise in network technologies including FortiGate, routing, switching, and VPN
• Experience with cloud and identity platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
