Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead application security efforts and collaborate with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application security architecture and design reviews to embed security in software development
• Conduct threat modeling, security assessments, and web application security testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• Enhance the internal penetration testing program and educate product teams on application security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience required
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience preferred
• 3+ years in a comparable security/testing role required
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, CEH are highly desirable
• Proficiency in penetration testing on web applications using tools like Burp Suite
