Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Security Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the code base by designing secure systems and implementing security solutions
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate Secure by Design principles throughout the software development lifecycle
• Identify vulnerabilities, support incident response, and assist with compliance obligations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Software Engineer with a focus on security
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions for applications and distributed systems
• Strong backend development skills, preferably in Python and TypeScript
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms and services
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 is a plus
