Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Security Engineer - Detection & Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom detection rules and analytics for various security tools
• Perform advanced security investigations and proactive threat hunting across environments
• Manage and optimize operations of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or related role
• In-depth knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Solid understanding of network security and traffic analysis
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
