Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement information security technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Monitor and respond to security alerts, integrating systems with SIEM solutions
• Create and test incident response procedures while sharing cyber security intelligence with the IT team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is desired
• Relevant certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, or similar are preferred
• 6+ years of experience in information security roles, with 4 years ideally in the healthcare industry
• Experience with HITRUST and HIPAA requirements
• Familiarity with IT systems such as Microsoft InTune, EntraID, and JIRA Service Management
