Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to enhance its security posture while facilitating engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security initiatives across application security, cloud security, identity, and compliance
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing, collaborating with engineering for quick remediation
• Build and maintain security tooling and automation integrated into CI/CD processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in application security, including threat modeling and secure code review
• Strong knowledge of AWS security practices and tools
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance and managing auditor relationships
• Experience in integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines
