Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to design and develop security content for SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop detection logic and security rules for identifying threats and misconfigurations in SaaS applications
• Research SaaS platforms to understand security models and potential attack surfaces
• Analyze large-scale SaaS telemetry to identify patterns and improve detection quality

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on detection engineering or cloud/SaaS security
• Strong understanding of SaaS security concepts, including identity and access management
• Experience with security telemetry and analyzing large datasets (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Familiarity with SaaS application APIs and security-relevant data sources
• Experience developing detection logic in a SIEM, XDR, or similar system
