Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure and security for core products, the full-time Senior Platform & Security Engineer will define technical direction, automate compliance, and improve operational health while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Unify and manage the platform and infrastructure that supports core services
• Develop tooling and workflows to enhance the developer experience and streamline CI/CD processes
• Implement and oversee security measures, compliance automation, and vulnerability management

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience focused on platform, infrastructure, or backend development
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services in high-availability production environments
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and experience with Terraform
• Familiarity with Python/Django, including tools like Celery and Redis
• Experience with security practices, including IAM/access control and compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS or SOC 2
