Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will design and optimize technical controls, lead incident response efforts, and collaborate with teams to enhance security posture and compliance within the Cyber Resiliency team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize innovative technical controls to detect and prevent security incidents
• Engineer custom detection logic and automate security operations using SOAR and Agentic AI playbooks
• Conduct threat hunts across forensic data lakes and collaborate to integrate security best practices into products and processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, information security, or IT engineering
• Experience securing cloud-native environments and knowledge of cloud forensics and incident response
• Proficiency in automation languages such as Go, Python, or Shell
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, or Information Systems preferred
• Passion for AI and threat intelligence savvy
