Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's security posture, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will lead the insider threat program, focusing on advanced security monitoring, detection engineering, and threat hunting in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the insider threat program strategy, aligning it with threat landscapes and business priorities
• Engineer and automate insider-threat detection workflows across cloud and corporate environments
• Investigate anomalous activities and provide technical evidence to support cases while managing sensitive information

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in detection & response, insider risk, or security engineering
• Hands-on experience with UEBA, SIEM, DLP, and UAM/SOAR tooling
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of adversary tactics and data exfiltration techniques, including frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
