Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Senior Security Engineer, who will manage the architecture, design, and deployment of network security solutions, focusing on Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager and Broadcom Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway, while providing technical expertise and collaborating with various teams to enhance cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for major outages and ticket investigations related to Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager
• Maintain and support the Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager and Broadcom Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway solutions
• Engage in the technical design of cybersecurity solutions based on use cases and business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience level 2 in a Cyber Security Engineer role
• Proficient in the architecture, design, and deployment of Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager
• Experience with Broadcom Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway enterprise proxy solution
• Knowledge of security controls for networking devices, databases, and operating systems
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for discussing technical concepts with diverse audiences
