Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Security Engineer, the candidate will implement security initiatives, conduct threat modeling, and provide technical consultation to enhance application security for a major entertainment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement established security architecture patterns and maintain reusable security components
• Execute shift-left security practices and support security testing frameworks and automated scanning solutions
• Participate in threat modeling sessions and provide technical guidance on security best practices to development teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information security
• Strong understanding of modern security practices, including ShiftLeft, Zero-Trust, and threat modeling
• Solid background in application security, cloud security, and secure software development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; security certifications (CISSP, Security+) are a plus
• Experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment
