Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To strengthen and scale security foundations, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will focus on identity and access management, authentication systems, and secure development practices while collaborating with engineering and product teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and improve security posture across applications and infrastructure, implementing scalable security standards and best practices
• Own identity and access management, designing secure authentication systems and embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines
• Provide security guidance during system design reviews and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance security without hindering delivery

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Software Engineer with a strong security focus
• Proven experience in application security, infrastructure security, and secure CI/CD practices
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management and authentication systems
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, or CIS Controls in production environments
• Experience with cloud security tooling and supporting compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
