Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will own the technical security posture of platforms, infrastructure, and AI-driven systems while working remotely to harden systems, close vulnerabilities, and build security processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and harden cloud infrastructure, applications, APIs, and operational workflows while implementing security controls across production environments
• Continuously identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities through proactive testing and validation efforts
• Design and implement security measures for AI-driven systems, ensuring safe handling of inputs and monitoring for anomalies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, application security, or offensive security
• Exceptional knowledge of the AWS ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in live production systems
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive projects and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical security issues to engineering stakeholders
