Job Summary
Owning the security and compliance posture of AWS infrastructure, the full-time Senior Security & Infrastructure Engineer will drive FedRAMP execution, modernize production infrastructure, and partner with engineering teams to integrate security as a default in workflows, all while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the security and compliance posture of AWS infrastructure, including authorization boundaries and continuous monitoring
- Lead FedRAMP execution efforts, coordinating with compliance leads and managing machine-readable evidence
- Enhance production infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code, network segmentation, and incident response strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience with FedRAMP authorization processes, preferably at Moderate level or above
- Strong expertise in AWS and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Ability to balance engineering tasks with compliance documentation
- Familiarity with SOC 2, continuous monitoring tools, and threat modeling
- Bonus: Experience in Node/TypeScript environments and public sector delivery
