Senior Security Engineer IAM

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer IAM, the full-time remote position will design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions across hybrid environments, while driving modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions while integrating AI-enabled capabilities to enhance security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate identity-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Research and recommend technical security solutions, maintaining awareness of new security and identity trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5-8 years of related experience in identity and access management
• Experience designing security controls for various technologies, including operating systems, databases, and applications
• Functional experience with TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with identity solutions in hybrid Active Directory and cloud environments
