Senior Security Engineer IAM

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer IAM, this full-time remote position will design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments while driving modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance security and operational efficiency, focusing on automated identity processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate identity-related risks and implement monitoring for identity threats

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5-8 years of related experience in Identity and Access Management
• Experience designing security controls for operating systems, databases, applications, and networks
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions in hybrid Active Directory and cloud environments
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
