Senior Security Engineer IAM

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer IAM, the full-time remote position will design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments, driving modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions, focusing on automation and access governance
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance security and operational efficiency while monitoring and responding to identity threats
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish best practices for enterprise identity security

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5 years of related experience, with 5-8 years preferred
• Experience in security solution designs for TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and various security technologies
• Functional experience in designing security controls for operating systems, databases, and applications
• Proven experience with IAM solutions in hybrid Active Directory and cloud environments
