Senior Security Engineer IAM

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer IAM for a full-time remote position, this role will design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments while driving modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions while enhancing access governance and privileged access controls
• Research and evaluate new security trends, recommending technical solutions to mitigate identity-related risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish best practices for enterprise identity security

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5-8 years of related experience in security solution design and implementation
• Experience with security controls for operating systems, databases, applications, and networks
• Hands-on experience with identity technologies in hybrid environments, including Active Directory and cloud solutions
• Familiarity with automation and scripting, particularly in PowerShell and Python
