Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Build backend service and data infra for enterprise insurance and security customers
Lead engineering activities for timely product feature delivery with quality and scalability in mind
Mentor engineers, manage technical debt, and ensure full software lifecycle instrumentation

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years managing a team of at least 5
Experience in high volume distributed systems in a cloud environment
Expertise in building API-first CRUD applications using Python, React, SQL
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Expert knowledge in at least one area of computer science/engineering
