Senior Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build next-gen backend service and data infra for enterprise insurance and security customers
• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for timely product feature delivery with a focus on quality and scalability
• Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and manage team efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years managing a team of at least 5 people
• Experience in building high volume distributed systems in a cloud environment
• Expertise in API-first CRUD applications using Python, React, SQL
• Knowledge of at least one area of computer science/engineering
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
