Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of technology governance and compliance programs, the full-time Senior Security Governance Manager will ensure security controls meet regulatory requirements and industry standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise technology governance, risk, compliance, and control initiatives across various organizational departments
• Lead and mentor team members, setting priorities and supporting their professional growth
• Drive automation of audit and compliance processes to enhance efficiency and readiness

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields
• Proven experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology governance and compliance programs
• Familiarity with AI governance and emerging technology controls
• Experience working with internal and external auditors on remediation activities
