Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and vision for the Security Intelligence function, the full-time Senior Security Intelligence Manager will design and implement an automation-first intelligence strategy, oversee global incident response and vulnerability management, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance the corporate security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term vision for an automation-first culture in security operations
- Collaborate with the CISO and VP-level stakeholders to align security intelligence initiatives with business objectives
- Lead global security incident response efforts, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent; 8-10+ years of experience in Security Intelligence or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of formal people-management experience leading multi-tiered teams
- Expert understanding of major security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and experience in building risk metrics
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise-wide offensive security programs, including red-teaming and penetration testing
- Demonstrated success in implementing advanced automation solutions to optimize incident workflows
