Senior Security Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance detection and response capabilities, the full-time Senior Security Operations Analyst will manage complex security incidents, design detection analytics, and architect automated response workflows, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex security incidents, conducting deep-dive investigations and threat hunting
• Design and maintain detection analytics and dashboards within CrowdStrike Falcon, tuning correlation rules to improve detection efficiency
• Architect and maintain SOAR playbooks in Torq, integrating various platforms into automated response workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive SOC/security operations experience, including 2+ years at a Tier 3/senior analyst level
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon and SOAR automation, preferably Torq
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools to support security operations
• Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or Falcon Query Language
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
