Senior Security Operations GRC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Operations Governance, Risk, & Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, enforce, and audit security policies and procedures to safeguard enterprise systems and data
• Assess and communicate security risks to stakeholders while providing tailored guidance on security best practices
• Implement security awareness programs and mentor employees in security efforts across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Security Compliance experience or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or Security + are highly preferred
• Experience with compliance assessments for HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST-CSF, and other regulations
• Familiarity with GRC tools and security technologies like SIEM and vulnerability management systems
• Demonstrated experience leading audits in a regulated environment, particularly with HITRUST framework
