Senior Security Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Security Platform Engineer to join a hybrid, US-based team, this full-time position will manage the automation, hardening, and deployment of security tooling and architecture across hybrid IT and Operational Technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Security Team to automate compliance baselines into configuration management playbooks
• Build and scale automated infrastructure-as-code (IaC) deployments for operational environments
• Collaborate with team members to automate user provisioning and access management through APIs and IaC methodologies

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, cloud engineering, or DevSecOps with a focus on security and automation
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring enterprise security tooling
• Proficiency in managing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Cloudformation, Terraform, or Ansible
• Strong AWS cloud engineering background, including experience with network topology automation and native security services
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and DoD NIPR network account
