Senior Security Programs Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Programs Specialist - Access Authorization / Fitness for Duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty programs
• Develop and implement program roadmaps across various phases including construction and operations
• Assist with security program audits, assessments, and regulatory compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience in nuclear security or 20+ years of nuclear security program experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing 10 CFR regulations and NEI guidance at nuclear power plants
• Proven experience interfacing with the NRC during inspections and regulatory follow-up activities
• Strong experience in program governance, regulatory compliance, and nuclear security program implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and records management systems
