Senior Security Programs Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Programs Specialist - Access Authorization / Fitness for Duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty programs
• Develop and implement program roadmaps and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist with security program audits and support NRC inspections and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of nuclear security experience or 20+ years of progressive leadership in nuclear security programs
• Experience implementing 10 CFR regulations and NEI guidance at nuclear power plants
• Proven experience interfacing with the NRC during inspections
• Strong background in program governance and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and records management systems
