Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Researcher, Data Ops (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete technical collections projects involving deep and dark web data acquisition, monitoring, and analysis
• Develop scrapers and scripts for data collection and ingestion from various websites and APIs
• Conduct proactive research into underground cybercriminal economies and collaborate with stakeholders within the team

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in cyber threat intelligence, open source intelligence, or information security
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python for data extraction and web scraping
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and web technologies like HTTP, HTML, and JavaScript
• Practical knowledge of operational security (OPSEC) principles and best practices
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as information security or computer science
