Senior Security Scrum Master

Job Summary

Bringing Scrum Master expertise to a security-focused team, the full-time Senior Security Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and support backlog refinement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for the security team
• Remove blockers to drive team velocity and ensure delivery predictability
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with a focus on security team priorities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a security-focused environment
• Strong understanding of security domains and agile methodologies
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration among technical teams
• Ability to anticipate friction points and manage complex technical workflows
• Relevant certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies are a plus
