Senior Security Scrum Master

Job Summary

Bringing Scrum Master expertise to a security-focused team, the full-time Senior Security Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and support backlog refinement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and drive team velocity and delivery predictability
• Foster collaboration and communication between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in security-focused environments
• Strong understanding of security domains and agile methodologies
• Experience with backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Ability to anticipate friction points and keep sprints moving efficiently
• Excellent facilitation skills for agile ceremonies
