Job Summary

Bringing Scrum Master expertise to a security-focused team, the full-time Senior Security Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and support backlog refinement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers to drive team velocity and ensure delivery predictability
• Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a security context
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices
• Experience managing security-focused projects or teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in Scrum or agile methodologies
