Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Security Software Engineer, Data Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cryptographic services to secure data at rest and in use
• Guide engineering teams in integrating encryption and tokenization into applications and data pipelines
• Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in security or platform engineering with a focus on data protection solutions
• Experience with encryption and tokenization for production applications and databases
• Strong database expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Thales, and HSMs
